Effective date: 1 January 2026 These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the IPTV Nordic streaming service ('Service') operated by IPTV Nordic ('we', 'us', 'our'). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION IPTV Nordic provides access to live television channels and on-demand video content delivered over the internet. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for the duration of your active subscription. 2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis. All prices are displayed on our pricing page and are charged in USD. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Plans do not auto-renew — you must actively renew your subscription when it expires. 3. FREE TRIAL New customers may request a 24-hour free trial via WhatsApp. No payment or credit card is required for the trial. The trial is offered once per customer and may not be combined with any other offer. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal viewing. You may not resell, redistribute, share credentials with parties outside your household, record and distribute content, or use the Service to circumvent copyright protections. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account without refund. 5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be affected by maintenance windows, server upgrades, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduled downtime in advance. 6. ACCOUNT SECURITY You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials with third parties. Notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content made available through the Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights by accessing content through the Service. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV Nordic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. 9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where you reside. 11.
