Effective date: 1 January 2026 At IPTV Nordic we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for refund requests. 1. FREE TRIAL All new customers are entitled to a 24-hour free trial before subscribing. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to verify that the Service works on your devices and meets your expectations before making any payment. 2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY If you are not satisfied with the Service after subscribing, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial payment. To be eligible: — You must contact us via WhatsApp within the 3-day window. — You must not have shared your credentials with third parties. — You must not have violated our Terms of Service. Renewal payments and payments for subsequent billing periods are non-refundable. 3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND Contact our support team via WhatsApp and state that you are requesting a refund under this policy. Provide the email address associated with your account. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. 4. PROCESSING TIME Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: — Requests made more than 3 days after the initial payment. — Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (credential sharing, redistribution, etc.). — Renewal or extension payments. — Situations where the service issue was caused by the customer's internet connection, device incompatibility, or third-party software. 6.
